President and Chief Engineer of the Engineering Department for Ministry of Health of Kuwait (1992-1996).

Member of the Kuwait Society of Engineers, UAE Society of Engineers, Certified Value Engineering (SAVE), Certified Consultant Engineer in the Ministry of Justice and Kuwait Society of Engineers and Board Member of the Union of Kuwaiti Engineering Offices and Consultant Houses (UKEO CH).

Young and successful. Zahraa has it all to run a business with her enthusiastic and passionate leadership qualities. She completed her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Kuwait University and worked shortly for Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development before joining DAR MEC in 2009.
